Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Voices Of September'S Night by Yehudit Sasportas was sold in the Israeli and International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2010. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,304.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yehudit Sasportas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Last Name - Diptych in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 49,894.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Voices Of September'S Night von Yehudit Sasportas wurde im Dezember 2010 in der Auktion Israeli and International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.304,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yehudit Sasportas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Last Name - Diptych im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.750,00 (€ 49.894,77).
