Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Yehiel Shemi was auctioned at Christies in Tel Aviv in April 2006. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,600.00 (€ 5,228.14) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Yehiel Shemi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work Complex was auctioned for USD 12,500.00 (€ 8,980.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yehiel Shemi kam im April 2006 bei Christies in Tel Aviv zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 6.600,00 (€ 5.228,14) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Yehiel Shemi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit Complex für USD 12.500,00 (€ 8.980,53) versteigert.
