In April 2015 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work Diaphanous by Yu Yasuda. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,890.97), 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Yu Yasuda have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 18,278.50) in November 2016 for the work INFILTRATION FLOW.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im April 2015 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Diaphanous von Yu Yasuda zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.890,97) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Yu Yasuda haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 18.278,50) im November 2016 für die Arbeit INFILTRATION FLOW beobachtet.
