Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Boundless: Contemporary Art, which included the work Peach Blossom Colony - Lonely Angler by Yang Yongliang. It changed hands for a price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,902.37) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Other works by Yang Yongliang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Snow City Series (Set Of Four) was auctioned for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,781.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Boundless: Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Peach Blossom Colony - Lonely Angler von Yang Yongliang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.902,37) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Yang Yongliang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Snow City Series (Set Of Four) für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.781,94) versteigert.
