It achieved a price of HKD 14,160.00 (€ 1,725.49), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. Admittedly, works by Yang Borun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pine Gove At The Bay in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,391.00).

Die Arbeit Streams And Mountains von Yang Borun kam im November 2016 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 14.160,00 (€ 1.725,49) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yang Borun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pine Gove At The Bay im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 9.391,00).
