A top price for Yaghoub Emdadian
In October 2007 Christies in Dubai held the auction International Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work In the Moonlight by Yaghoub Emdadian. The »bidding war« ended at USD 49,000.00 (€ 33,867.85), 63% above the upper estimate. This high result makes In the Moonlight the most expensive artwork by Yaghoub Emdadian that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Yaghoub Emdadian
Im Oktober 2007 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit In the Moonlight von Yaghoub Emdadian zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 49.000,00 (€ 33.867,85) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht In the Moonlight zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Yaghoub Emdadian, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
