Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition Bleue Et Rouge, 2007 – Blue And Red Composition, 2007 by Yaghoub Emdadian was sold in the Iranian and Arab Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 5,289.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Yaghoub Emdadian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work In the Moonlight in October 2007 with an auction result of USD 49,000.00 (€ 33,867.85).

Die Arbeit Composition Bleue Et Rouge, 2007 – Blue And Red Composition, 2007 von Yaghoub Emdadian wurde im Oktober 2009 in der Auktion Iranian and Arab Modern and Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 5.289,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
