The work Dwelling In The Mountains by Xue Liang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The auction ended at the price of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,285.39), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xue Liang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moonset And The Raven’S Cry in September 2013 with an auction result of CNY 1,652,000.00 (€ 199,436.13).

Die Arbeit Dwelling In The Mountains von Xue Liang kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.285,39) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xue Liang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moonset And The Raven’S Cry im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 1.652.000,00 (€ 199.436,13).
