Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Plum Blossoms And Crane by Xu Gu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. The price achieved of HKD 72,000.00 (€ 73,526.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xu Gu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chrysanthemums And Peaches in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 6,700,000.00 (€ 737,414.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms And Crane von Xu Gu wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 73.526,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xu Gu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chrysanthemums And Peaches im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.700.000,00 (€ 737.414,15).
