Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cat and Butterfly by Xing Cheng'Ai was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 280,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,255.96). Other works by Xing Cheng'Ai have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 437,500.00 (€ 51,973.02) in December 2015 for the work Friends.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cat and Butterfly von Xing Cheng'Ai wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 280.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.255,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Xing Cheng'Ai haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 437.500,00 (€ 51.973,02) im Dezember 2015 für die Arbeit Friends beobachtet.
