The work Gathering in the Woods by Xiao Sun was worth HKD 32,500.00 (€ 2,841.09) to a buyer in November 2007. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Xiao Sun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 162,500.00 (€ 15,406.81).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
