Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Contemporary Art II, which included the work Man With A Club 2 by Wu Yiming. The price achieved of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 8,988.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Wu Yiming have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2010 the work Man With A Club 2 was auctioned for HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,284.58).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Contemporary Art II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man With A Club 2 von Wu Yiming zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 8.988,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Yiming konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit Man With A Club 2 für HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.284,58) versteigert.
