The work Mountainscape by Wu Huayuan was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2014. It achieved a price of HKD 71,300.00 (€ 6,631.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 43%. Other works by Wu Huayuan have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 94,400.00 (€ 10,389.84) in October 2017 for the work Plum Blossom, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 71.300,00 (€ 6.631,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43%. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Huayuan haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 94.400,00 (€ 10.389,84) im Oktober 2017 für die Arbeit Plum Blossom, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum beobachtet.
