In April 2015 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Landscape；Calligraphy by Wu Huayuan. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 69,000.00 (€ 7,974.38), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Wu Huayuan have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 94,400.00 (€ 10,389.84) in October 2017 for the work Plum Blossom, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im April 2015 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape；Calligraphy von Wu Huayuan zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 69.000,00 (€ 7.974,38) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Huayuan haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 94.400,00 (€ 10.389,84) im Oktober 2017 für die Arbeit Plum Blossom, Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum beobachtet.
