Upper estimate price exceeded by 39 %.
The work A. Tiger; B. Rose by Wu Hao was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 27,720.00 (€ 3,070.22), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 39%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Hao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in April this year with an auction result of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 61,271.74).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 39 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit A. Tiger; B. Rose von Wu Hao kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 27.720,00 (€ 3.070,22) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 39%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Hao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 61.271,74).
