Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled Ii-566 by Wu Da-Yu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 160,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 18,573.51). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Da-Yu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled 14 in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 18,080,000.00 (€ 2,036,982.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled Ii-566 von Wu Da-Yu kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 160.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 18.573,51) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Da-Yu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled 14 im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 18.080.000,00 (€ 2.036.982,78).
