Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Haystack by Willy Schlobach was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2014. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 7,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willy Schlobach achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Falaises in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 322,000.00 (€ 289,178.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Haystack von Willy Schlobach kam im Dezember 2014 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 7.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Willy Schlobach erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Falaises im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 322.000,00 (€ 289.178,27).
