Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Carrefour, Sèvres-Babylone, Paris by Willy Ronis was auctioned at Bonhams in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,040.00 (€ 1,847.83). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willy Ronis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Carrefour Sèvres-Babylone - Paris, 1948 in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 26,650.00.
