A top price for William Kennedy - as previously expected
The work Spring Blossom by William Kennedy was sold in the Scottish & Sporting Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in August 2008. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,300.22) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Spring Blossom is the most expensive artwork by William Kennedy that we have observed at auctions so far.
