Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Willem Bodeman could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th Century European Paintings auction, the work Dutch travellers In A Windswept Landscape changed hands for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,239.24) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Willem Bodeman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dutch a Winter Landscape With Woodgatherers On The Ice, which sold at auction in June 2011 for EUR 24,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Willem Bodeman konnte im November 2012 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings wechselte die Arbeit Dutch travellers In A Windswept Landscape für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.239,24) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
