Die Arbeit A light breeze, Biôt, Provence von Wilfrid de Glehn kam im Mai 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 40.431,27) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 62%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wilfrid de Glehn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Under the Willows im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 352.000,00 (€ 285.043,32).
