Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Flowers and Birds in the Style of Song Court by Wen Shu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2006. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 320,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 336,000.00 (€ 32,583.97). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wen Shu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rising Early In Spring To Lament Flowers in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 413,000.00 (€ 370,005.38).
