Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Dancer by Wedhar Riyadi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in March last year. The price achieved of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 5,801.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Wedhar Riyadi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2015 the work Beware of your Weapon; & Untitled was auctioned for HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,533.61).
