The work Fröhlicher Aufstieg, from: Meistermappe des Staatlichen Bauhauses by Wassily Kandinsky was worth GBP 69,300.00 (€ 69,300.00) to a buyer in September this year. This price was achieved in the auction Prints and Multiples at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wassily Kandinsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bild Mit Weissen Linien (Painting With White Lines) in June 2017 with an auction result of GBP 33,008,750.00 (€ 37,590,807.66).

Die Arbeit Fröhlicher Aufstieg, from: Meistermappe des Staatlichen Bauhauses von Wassily Kandinsky war einem Käufer im September diesen Jahres GBP 69.300,00 (€ 69.300,00) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wassily Kandinsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bild Mit Weissen Linien (Painting With White Lines) im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 33.008.750,00 (€ 37.590.807,66).
