Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Wang Yun was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II auction at POLY in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 259,600.00 (€ 27,391.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wang Yun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figure Landscape in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 2,185,000.00 (€ 213,887.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Wang Yun wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II bei POLY versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 259.600,00 (€ 27.391,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wang Yun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Figure Landscape im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.185.000,00 (€ 213.887,07).
