Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Children by Wang Yun. The price achieved of HKD 35,400.00 (€ 4,135.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure Landscape in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 2,185,000.00 (€ 213,887.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2015 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Children von Wang Yun zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.400,00 (€ 4.135,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figure Landscape im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.185.000,00 (€ 213.887,07).
