The work Birds In Spring by Wang Yun was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2014. It achieved a price of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 5,580.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figure Landscape in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 2,185,000.00 (€ 213,887.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Birds In Spring von Wang Yun kam im April 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 5.580,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figure Landscape im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.185.000,00 (€ 213.887,07).
