Previously in the Collection of Chu Wing Sum (1920-1995) 朱永深（1920-1995）舊藏中國書畫 LOTS 101-110 朱永深，祖籍上海，一九二〇年生於澳門。一九六一年由澳移居倫敦，以經營餐飲為業。鼎盛時期，朱永深的餐廳連鎖多達十一家，包括位於倫敦爵祿街的餃子軒、儷人街的潮州軒、鳥嘴街的畫廊飯店等，在愛丁堡、里奇蒙亦設分店。 朱氏雅好藝術，經營之餘，喜結交文人雅士，若得購佳藏、寫贈，常懸於餐廳牆壁，以顏其室。一九六五年，張大千赴英，在倫敦格拉斯文諾畫廊舉行展覽，門人方召麐同行，亦在英京會晤定居於此的費成武、張蒨英伉儷。饕客大千，是否曾造訪永深的餐廳已不得而知，然次年三月，張大千即書七言聯句以贈（拍品編號101），而方召麐潑墨〈荷花〉（拍品編號104），作於同時，尺幅巨大，尤得乃師之神。一九六八年，方召麐在格拉斯�

Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Wang Yachen could be acquired at Bonhams in Hong Kong in November last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Fish Frolicking changed hands for HKD 22,950.00 (€ 2,847.91) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yachen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 1,725,000.00 (€ 163,693.54).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Wang Yachen konnte im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wechselte die Arbeit Fish Frolicking für HKD 22.950,00 (€ 2.847,91) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yachen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.725.000,00 (€ 163.693,54).
