Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bird and Willow by Wang Yachen was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2018. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,500.00 (€ 2,840.91). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yachen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 1,725,000.00 (€ 163,693.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bird and Willow von Wang Yachen kam im März 2018 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.500,00 (€ 2.840,91) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yachen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.725.000,00 (€ 163.693,54).
