Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Wang Mingming achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April this year. In the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Landscape And Figure sold for HKD 105,600.00 (€ 107,838.26) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Mingming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Story Of Lanting in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 10,902,500.00 (€ 1,199,948.92).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Wang Mingming erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Landscape And Figure für HKD 105.600,00 (€ 107.838,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 45.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Mingming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Story Of Lanting im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.902.500,00 (€ 1.199.948,92).
