The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,080.00 (€ 3,524.23) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Wang Li have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cranes By The Pine in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,890.22).
