The work Sing And Dance by Wang Jieyin was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2017. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 49,560.00 (€ 5,454.66), 65% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Jieyin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Green Pavilion in October 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,071,000.00 (€ 118,621.96).

Die Arbeit Sing And Dance von Wang Jieyin wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 49.560,00 (€ 5.454,66) und damit 65% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Jieyin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Green Pavilion im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.071.000,00 (€ 118.621,96).
