Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Graue Wand - 1996 by Walter Niedermayr was sold in the Michel Fedoroff Collection auction at Artcurial in November 2016. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,450.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Walter Niedermayr - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ghiacciaio Della Marmolada II - 1995, which sold at auction in October 2017 for EUR 23,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Graue Wand - 1996 von Walter Niedermayr wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Michel Fedoroff Collection bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.450,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Walter Niedermayr mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ghiacciaio Della Marmolada II - 1995 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für EUR 23.400,00 versteigert wurde.
