It changed hands for a price of EUR 23,400.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 18,000.00 – 25,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Ghiacciaio Della Marmolada II - 1995 is the most expensive artwork by Walter Niedermayr that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Ghiacciaio Della Marmolada II - 1995 von Walter Niedermayr kam im Oktober 2017 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 23.400,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 18.000,00 – 25.000,00.
