In September 2020 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California, which included the work Untitled, circa 1969 by Wallace Berman. The »bidding war« ended at USD 67,575.00 (€ 57,667.69), 35% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wallace Berman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Radio/Aether, 1966, which sold at auction in September last year for USD 164,175.00 (€ 167,816.62).

Im September 2020 führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, circa 1969 von Wallace Berman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 67.575,00 (€ 57.667,69) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Wallace Berman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Radio/Aether, 1966 beobachtet, die im September letzten Jahres für USD 164.175,00 (€ 167.816,62) versteigert wurde.
