A top price for Volker Hildebrandt - as previously expected
The work Chrustschow by Volker Hildebrandt was sold in the lempertz:projects auction at Lempertz in Brussels in December 2019. The price achieved of EUR 558.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 500.00 – 600.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Chrustschow is the most expensive artwork by Volker Hildebrandt that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Chrustschow von Volker Hildebrandt wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion lempertz:projects bei Lempertz in Brüssel versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 558,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 500,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Chrustschow das teuerste Kunstwerk von Volker Hildebrandt, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
