Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition with Three Cubes by Vladimir Weisberg was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 31,500.00 (€ 37,572.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vladimir Weisberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reclining Nude in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 229,250.00 (€ 282,412.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition with Three Cubes von Vladimir Weisberg kam im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 31.500,00 (€ 37.572,89) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vladimir Weisberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reclining Nude im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 229.250,00 (€ 282.412,74).
