Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,900.46). Admittedly, works by Vlaho Bukovac have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Croatian a Moment'S Distraction in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 58,850.00 (€ 68,701.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tender Moments von Vlaho Bukovac kam im Januar 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.900,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vlaho Bukovac auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Croatian a Moment'S Distraction im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 58.850,00 (€ 68.701,35).
