It achieved a price of INR 3,250,000.00 (€ 38,210.32), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Vivan Sundaram; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Passage sold at auction in March 2006 with the realized price of USD 51,000.00 (€ 42,013.35).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von INR 3.250.000,00 (€ 38.210,32) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Vivan Sundaram; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Passage im März 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 51.000,00 (€ 42.013,35).
