A top price for Virginia Overton - as previously expected
The work Untitled (Mirror) by Virginia Overton was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2018. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,118.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Untitled (Mirror) is the most expensive artwork by Virginia Overton that we have observed at auctions so far.
