The price achieved of AUD 4,182.50 (€ 2,623.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 3,500.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Still Life, Flowers And Fruit is the most expensive artwork by Violet McInnes that we have observed at auctions so far.
