This artwork by Victor Servranckx achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in December 2007. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Unknown sold for EUR 7,435.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Servranckx achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work opus 9 - 1927 in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 272,800.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Victor Servranckx erzielte im Dezember 2007 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Unknown für EUR 7.435,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Servranckx erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit opus 9 - 1927 im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 272.800,00.
