Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Convulsion - 2018 by Vhils was sold in the Urban & Contemporary Art Online auction at Artcurial in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 354.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vhils achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Compro Logo Existo #6 - 2008 in February 2020 with an auction result of EUR 65,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Convulsion - 2018 von Vhils wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Urban & Contemporary Art Online bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 354,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vhils erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Compro Logo Existo #6 - 2008 im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 65.000,00.
