Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Onde Dorate (Isola D'Oro) by Vettor Pisani was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Sothebys in London in March 2019. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,875.00 (€ 13,782.95), 19% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vettor Pisani - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lo Scorrevole, which sold at auction in October 2012 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,083.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Onde Dorate (Isola D'Oro) von Vettor Pisani wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 13.782,95) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Vettor Pisani mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lo Scorrevole beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.083,11) versteigert wurde.
