Auction result well in line with expectations
The work St Paul De Vence by Vassyl Khmeluk was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2011. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,148.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vassyl Khmeluk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Young Girl in December 2009 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,380.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit St Paul De Vence von Vassyl Khmeluk kam im Juni 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.148,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vassyl Khmeluk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Girl im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.380,79).
