Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grammont, Montreux. by Vassyl Khmeluk was auctioned at Koller in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 1,200.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 1,250.00 (€ 1,149.16) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vassyl Khmeluk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of A Young Girl in December 2009 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,380.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Grammont, Montreux. von Vassyl Khmeluk kam im Dezember 2015 bei Koller zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 1.250,00 (€ 1.149,16) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vassyl Khmeluk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Girl im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.380,79).
