Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sphere, 1985; Ten Cubes, 1984 by Vasa Velizar Mihich was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in April 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,402.50 (€ 1,165.84) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Vasa Velizar Mihich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Four-Column Cluster in July 2008 with an auction result of USD 8,750.00 (€ 5,612.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sphere, 1985; Ten Cubes, 1984 von Vasa Velizar Mihich kam im April 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.402,50 (€ 1.165,84) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vasa Velizar Mihich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Four-Column Cluster im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.750,00 (€ 5.612,93).
