Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ursula von Rydingsvard could be acquired at Phillips in New York in September 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Under the Influence auction, the work Two works: (i) Untitled, 1988; (ii) Untitled, 1989 changed hands for USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,541.19) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ursula von Rydingsvard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ona in December 2020 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 163,532.30).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ursula von Rydingsvard konnte im September 2013 bei Phillips in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Under the Influence wechselte die Arbeit Two works: (i) Untitled, 1988; (ii) Untitled, 1989 für USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.541,19) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ursula von Rydingsvard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ona im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 163.532,30).
