Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Un'Isola Nell'Aria, Vol. III, 1975 by Urs Lüthi was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 1,280.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Urs Lüthi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Selfportrait, One Is A Lonely Number in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 48,529.62).

Die Arbeit Un'Isola Nell'Aria, Vol. III, 1975 von Urs Lüthi kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.280,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Urs Lüthi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Selfportrait, One Is A Lonely Number im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 48.529,62).
