Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2011 Christies in London held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Lake & Two Windmills (Night) by Ulrik Møller. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,830.03). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ulrik Møller - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work “Parti ved Skarø” II, 2001, which sold at auction in October this year for DKK 36,000.00 (€ 4,823.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lake & Two Windmills (Night) von Ulrik Møller zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.830,03) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Ulrik Møller mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit “Parti ved Skarø” II, 2001 beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für DKK 36.000,00 (€ 4.823,62) versteigert wurde.
